121 Accident Management is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities; its registration is recorded on the website www.claimsregulation.gov.uk. Please note that by viewing this web site you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. £100 payment – terms & conditions are :

• The offer of an additional payment of £100 only applies to claims that are registered through this Whiplash Compensation Online web site.
• Qualification for the £100 payment is subject to the assessment of the details of the case by our panel of solicitors. Once 121 Accident Management are satisfied that the case has a 'reasonable chance of success', and the initial paperwork has been returned to the solicitors dealing with the case then the £100 payment will be made.
• Payment will be made in the form of a cheque made out to the claimant and to no other person and sent recorded delivery to the address the claimant has stated on their paperwork.
• 121 Accident Management reserve the right to seek the return of the £100 payment, through whatever means necessary, should the claimant, without good reason, discontinue their claim, or fail to co-operate with the solicitors appointed by 121 Accident Management.
• If successful, any compensation awarded will be paid in full (subject to any restrictions decided by a court); the costs of pursuing this claim will be paid by the defendant (the 'other side').
